I hope the following information gives you some perspective of who I am and what I can do for you!

As an Executive, Career and Life Coach, I am dedicated to working with my clients on a personalized plan of action to help them attain goals, experience self -fulfillment, and reach their full potential through transformative growth and collaboration.  I had the privilege of successfully coaching individuals across all stages of their personal and professional journey, earning a reputation as a trusted, professional, and respected coach, built on my strengths of active listening, intuition, and incisive insight. 

 As an Executive HR practitioner with over 30 years of corporate experience, I successfully partnered with local and global organizations, creating and facilitating programs that significantly boost engagement, foster growth, and improve retention. I've led and managed teams responsible for crucial areas like Training and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition strategies, and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Beyond these, I spearheaded numerous other projects, providing vital support and guidance to both the Senior Management teams and employees within my organizations. 

In addition to my work experience, I  attained a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, MBTI Step I and II Certifications, Executive and Career Coaching Certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching and achieved the designation of Board Certified Coach from the Center for Credentialing Education.

On a more personal note, I am the mother of 2 terrific adults, I enjoy boating, cycling and taking advantage of all that my Florida community offers, and I am a co-owner of The Blue Shutters Beachside Inn, a 12 room inn on Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
