I hope the following information gives you some perspective of who I am and what I can do for you!

As an ICF trained Executive, Career and Life Coach, I am dedicated to working with my clients on a personalized plan of action to help them attain goals, experience self -fulfillment, and reach their full potential through transformative growth and collaboration. I have the privilege of coaching clients across all stages of their personal and professional journey—from emerging leaders and mid-career professionals to seasoned executives navigating complex transitions. My reputation as a trusted and respected coach is built on a foundation of active listening, thoughtful evaluation, and a strong intuitive sense that allows me to meet each client exactly where they are.

 As an Executive HR practitioner with over 30 years of corporate experience, I partner with local and global organizations, creating and facilitating programs that significantly boost engagement, support strategy, and improve retention. I've led and managed teams responsible for crucial areas such as Training and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. My responsibilities include successfully implementing succession planning methodologies to ensure organizational continuity and talent pipeline readiness; creating and facilitating Leadership and Change Management programs, designing and launching Mentoring platforms that foster cross-functional growth and knowledge transfer; and participating as an adjunct faculty member in programs that support the advancement of women into leadership positions.  

In addition to my work experience, I have attained a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Executive and Career Coaching Certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching and achieved the designation of Board -Certified Coach from the Center for Credentialing Education. I am a Myers-Briggs Certified practitioner and qualified to administer the following assessments: MBTI Step I and II, FIRO-B, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Strong Interest Inventory and the California Psychological Inventory.

On a more personal note, I am the mother of 2 terrific adults, I enjoy boating, cycling and taking advantage of all that my Florida community offers, and I am a co-owner of The Blue Shutters Beachside Inn, a 12 room inn on Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
